2. Order Acceptance & Pricing- All product prices are in INR (domestic), inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. Payment will be processed at the rate displayed when you place the order .Receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance—it’s confirmed only when the order is dispatched.

.3. Payments- Domestic Orders (India)INR payments only via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets. No COD allowed due to the use of natural diamonds and precious metals. International Orders Payments accepted via international Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Wise, or Bank Wire. Transactions will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with any bank charges passed on to you. Additional documentation (like PAN or ID) may be required for high-value purchases as per Indian regulations.

4. Shipping & Delivery  - domestic shipping- free ; international shipping rates vary by destination. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. We are not liable for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

5. Return & Exchange Policy- You may inspect the product at the time of delivery. If unsatisfied, you can return it immediately to the delivery partner; otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery. All jewelry is crafted with care and is non-returnable once accepted.

6. Warranty & Liability- A 6-month manufacturing warranty covers defects (excluding misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear).Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses.
