Store Visits & Custom Orders

📍 Visit our Jaipur store: Mon–Sat | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
💍 For custom pieces, a 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
⏳ Custom timelines vary based on design complexity and sourcing needs.

Jewelry Care & Warranty

🛡️ We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty (not applicable to damage from misuse, wear & tear, or accidents).
🧼 For longevity, store pieces individually and clean with a soft cloth.
🧽 In-store cleaning & polishing services are available upon request.

Product Authenticity

💠 We use certified natural diamonds and precious metals (Gold, Silver, etc.).
📃 Authenticity certificates are provided on each piece.
